Faith & Trust
God help me to watch and to be sober, and to pray that I may shun the cause of this man’s misery.
These mountains are Emmanuel’s land, and they are within sight of his city; and the sheep also are his, and he laid down his life for them.
What shall I do to be saved?
Oh, how I now loved those words that spake of a Christian’s calling! how gladly would I run after Him!
It is my duty to mistrust my own ability, that I may have reliance on Him who is stronger than all.
There was not any thing that I then cried unto God to make known, and reveal unto me, but He was pleased to do it for me.
The good Lord, Whose mercy is unsearchable, forgive me my transgressions!
