Peace & Calm
to whom he said, This is the resting place. Give rest to the weary, and This is the refreshing; yet they would not hear.

This unresting anxiety is the greatest evil which can happen to the soul, sin only excepted.
“There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.”
