If we can’t be a lighthouse, let us be a tallow candle.

He was not indifferent to observances, but the practices of the people bulked in His thoughts before the practices of the Church.
We will work until Jesus comes, and then we will rise with Him. We have been asleep long enough.
As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.
As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
Do not confound work and fruit. There may be a good deal of work for Christ that is not the fruit of the heavenly Vine.
All true service begins in personal contact with Jesus.
Those who have most fellowship with Christ are not recluses or hermits, who have much time to spare, but indefatigable labourers who are toiling for Jesus.
When a man gets so full that he can’t hold any more, then he is just ready for God’s service.
It is blessed working when Jesus is at our side!
No man can be a co-worker with God without love.
